Acceptable use

By using Rail Rahi you agree not to:

• Send spam, repeated promotional content, or chain messages.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other passengers using the service.
• Post content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringes another person's rights.
• Impersonate railway staff, police, or any government official.
• Try to break the service, scrape data, or abuse the PNR validation flow.

Content removal & bans

We may remove any message, post, or comment, and ban an anonymous session, without notice if we believe it violates these terms or applicable Indian law. Any user can flag content via the long-press report option in the app.

No warranty

Rail Rahi is provided “as is”, free of charge, with no warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, message delivery, train running status accuracy, or PNR validation reliability. Don't rely on the app for safety-critical or time-critical decisions.

Not affiliated with IRCTC or Indian Railways

Rail Rahi is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with IRCTC, the Ministry of Railways, or any agency of the Government of India. PNR validation uses third-party public APIs, not the official IRCTC backend.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
